The Classic Tobacco Extracts line is a range of organic flavours (i.e. of plant origin without any added artificial flavours) from the finest tobacco varieties grown on the best plantations around the world. They can be used individually or mixed to recreate your desired blend. We have selected only unmanufactured tobaccos, i.e. before they have been processed by manufacturers, guaranteeing a completely natural and unadulterated product.
Our products are made using proprietary extraction technology that allows for extremely high concentration and immediate use, as no post-dilution maturation is necessary, since the aromatic bouquet is immediately well defined.
The recommended dilution is between 5% and 10%, yielding up to 200ml of finished product.
Great news and innovation: denicotinization. Thanks to our constant research and development, time, and targeted investments, we have managed to eliminate nicotine residues that once remained as an inevitable residue of the tobacco leaf extraction process. This perpetual pursuit of innovation, our trademark, has produced the extraordinary result of obtaining products that can be sold on all channels, including online, and to which the minimum excise duty is applied, the one on nicotine-free flavours. An additional advantage of this process, compared to our old extracts, is a higher concentration and coil life.
Post-dilution stationing: once the nicotine has been added, the liquid must be left to rest for 24 hours. This is not an actual maturation, but rather a stationing period to allow the molecules to stabilise and expand optimally. Always shake the bottle well before mixing. As they have been completely denicotinized, we recommend slightly increasing the nicotine dosage: for example, for those who usually use other full tobacco extracts (not denicotinized) with a neutral base with a final formulation of 6mg/ml, with our denicotinized extracts, a neutral base with a final formulation of 7mg/ml may be more suitable.
